Lessons (re)Learned

- You can't please everyone, I know because I've tried (Michael McLean's song “I Can’t Do Everything”) over and over and over again.

- There is light at the end of the tunnel ALWAYS

- No one can make you feel inferior without your consent (Elinor Roosevelt said that) but too often I give that consent - usually without even realizing

- No one can fill those of you needs that you won't let show (Bill Withers) but so often they can and will fill your needs you do show

- I may have a long way to go, but that doesn't mean I'm starting from a bad place or that I haven't made great progress to get where I am.
